Richmond Fellowship Morang (RFM) is a non-profit, non-governmental organization dedicated to improving the health and wellbeing of vulnerable and marginalized communities in Biratnagar, Koshi Province, Nepal. The organization is officially registered with the District Administration Office (DAO), Morang (Registration No. 2676, Nov 2011) and is affiliated with the Social Welfare Council (Affiliation No. 34612, dated 20 March 2012). RFM operates transparently under the legal framework of Nepal and has been implementing various community-based health, harm reduction, HIV prevention, and psychosocial support programs for more than a decade.
