Richmond Fellowship Morang (RFM) is a non-profit, non-governmental organization dedicated to improving the health and wellbeing of vulnerable and marginalized communities in Biratnagar, Koshi Province, Nepal. The organization is officially registered with the District Administration Office (DAO), Morang (Registration No. 2676, Nov 2011) and is affiliated with the Social Welfare Council (Affiliation No. 34612, dated 20 March 2012). RFM operates transparently under the legal framework of Nepal and has been implementing various community-based health, harm reduction, HIV prevention, and psychosocial support programs for more than a decade.

A healthy, empowered, and inclusive society where vulnerable and marginalized people—especially those affected by drug use, HIV, and psychosocial challenges—have equal access to care, dignity, and opportunities for a better life.

Mission

To enhance the health, wellbeing, and social integration of people who use drugs, people living with HIV, and other at-risk communities through evidence-based harm reduction, prevention, treatment, capacity building, and community-led interventions.

Goal

To reduce the health and social harms associated with drug use and HIV by providing accessible services, strengthening community systems, and promoting rights-based approaches that ensure safety, dignity, and sustainable support for all target groups.
